Stories of a company help promote a different side to it. Stories allow the consumers to see things they would not normally see from a company such as their corporate culture, inside their facilities, or facts about the people that work there. A company should be able to tell great stories of their accomplishments and to be able to relate to their consumers. Here are a few tips to help relate and engage with their audience.

· Show it – Stories are a great way of showing their customers how they are different from their competitors. Companies can use stories to show their successes and failures to be more relatable to their customers.

· Variety – Social media can be repetitive in posts and stories are a way to mix it up. The variety will keep the customers entertained and they will be coming back to look for more.

· Different Culture – Companies can use stories to show a different side to their customers. They can use them to show the fun side of the business and what activities their employees do in their free time. The stories can relate to their customers in a real-world setting.

· Promotions – Companies can use stories to promote different events or new products in a variety of ways. Each story should have a link to the website to help the company sell.

Stories are a great way for a company to interact with their customers in a different way. These tips should help get a company started with their storytelling process.
