During the Event

  • Stick to the schedule

  • vendors, guests, entertainment etc.

  • Keep your client informed

  • process, barriers

  • Evaluate the event

  • determine goals to achieve success

  • brainstorm alternatives if issues occur

  • monitor the client, vendors and guests- without them you’ll have no event

  • communicate with your client (via e-mail, telephone or in person)

  • make sure clients wants and needs are met ( especially when they change)

  • Promote, promote, promote

  • while at the event never stop promoting your client and your cause
