Stick to the schedule
vendors, guests, entertainment etc.
Keep your client informed
process, barriers

Evaluate the event
determine goals to achieve success
brainstorm alternatives if issues occur
monitor the client, vendors and guests- without them you’ll have no event
communicate with your client (via e-mail, telephone or in person)
make sure clients wants and needs are met ( especially when they change)
Promote, promote, promote
while at the event never stop promoting your client and your cause
