[if !supportLists]1. [endif]Invite the Right People

Be sure to invite journalists, celebrities, the media, and people who are interested in your business. For example, in this photo radio personality Roxy is posing for a picture for the launch party of McDonalds Chicken McBites.

[if !supportLists]2. [endif]Give Guests a Reason to Show Up

You want to give your guests many reasons to show up. Some reasons can include: a product sample, food, open bar, a good DJ and goodie bags for the guests to take home.

3. Choose Your Location Wisely

There’s no doubt that the success of a launch party depends on the location. It should be held in a setting that leaves a lasting positive impression on your guests. Be creative in picking your venue, but be sure to keep basics such as guest size, accessibility and safety in mind.

4. Pick Good Music

After considering whom will be attending and the theme of the event, pick a good corresponding playlist. You can bring your own picks, hire a dj, or blast a cool playlist off of Spotify.

5. It’s always a good idea to have another organization sponsor your event or your cause to bring in more funding, awareness, and establish a sense of teamwork. Sometimes it helps to have different companies sponsor different aspects of the event (i.e. a restaurant brings in the food, the venue helps to sponsor the location)
